We browsed through shops in town, bought a book on bear attacks (ask Brad), ate yummy food, hiked to a light house (on flat ground!), drove up the coast, walked through a pygmy forest (weird), and just took it easy. Nice weekend!

Busy Pregnancy!
We decided to take a long weekend and drive up the Northern California coast to the sleepy town of Mendocino. The weather was awesome and just getting away was nice (maybe it's the pregnancy thing!). We stayed at the Packard House, which we recommend if you like modern b+b's! Awesome bed linens, awesome eye for design, yummy breakfasts...a must-stay!
